Refund Policy

At Speeler Tech India Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and website design & development services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure mutual fairness and transparency.

General Refund Terms
  • Refunds will only be provided under specific conditions as outlined below.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Refunds
  • Service Non-Commencement
    If a project is canceled before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided, minus any processing fees.

  • Partial Completion
    If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. The Client will be billed for work done up to the point of cancellation, including any non-refundable third-party costs.

  • Delayed Delivery
    If the Company is unable to meet agreed-upon deadlines due to internal issues (not caused by the Client), the Client may request a partial refund, depending on the impact of the delay. Refunds will not be provided if delays are due to the Client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals on time.

  • Digital Marketing Services
    Refunds for digital marketing services are generally not provided, as these services involve strategic planning and ongoing labor. However, if there are performance-related issues directly due to Company error, a partial refund or service credit may be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Completed Projects Once a project is completed and delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be provided.
  • Third-Party Fees Any fees paid to third-party providers on behalf of the Client (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees, stock images) are non-refundable.
  • Client-Initiated Project Delays Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the Client, including delayed responses, provision of materials, or change in project requirements after work has started.
  • No Guarantee of Results For digital marketing, refunds are not provided if targeted outcomes (e.g., specific rankings, conversions) are not achieved, as results depend on various market conditions and factors beyond the Company’s control.

Refund Process
  • The Client must submit a written refund request within 14 days of project cancellation or the issue’s occurrence, providing all necessary details.
  • Speeler Tech India Private Limited will review the request and notify the Client of the refund status within 10 business days of receiving the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
